It’s time for our annual general membership meeting! This month we’ll vote on the 2015-16 Board of Directors who will start their terms on July 1. A few bylaw changes have been drafted and the membership will vote on those as well.
If you can’t attend, please select someone to serve as your proxy. It is very important that we have a quorum of 33 1/3% of our membership at this meeting. Download a form to delegate someone as your proxy here.
Members are encouraged to bring gently used weaving tools and equipment as well as yarn, spinning fiber, books and videos for to sell on consignment at a Guild sale on Saturday, May 23. Learn more here!
Everyone attending is encouraged to bring recent their recent textiles arts projects for show-and-tell, finishing or knitting or spinning or other handwork as well as finger foods and beverages to share and enjoy.
