Test your weaving skill and compete for ribbon awards and cash prizes. Exhibitor must work by themselves at all times. Contestants must have completed and returned an entry form to the Fair Office by or before August 5. Contestants must come to the Fair Office for an entry ticket between 8:45 and 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, September 11. Contestants will receive admittance to the Fair with their contest supplies in hand. Only those pre-entered will be allowed to compete. After entering the Fair, report to the Home Arts Office prior to 9:45 a.m. The Fair will provide neither directions nor instruction. There will be breaks for lunch and other breaks. Contestants will be judged on their compliance with rules and on their finished article as to workmanship, beauty of design, general appearance, and time consumed. Contest will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11. Contestants may enter in more than one lot. Yarn may be wool, cotton, or other yarns.
