Judy provided this photo of what just came off one of her looms.
These are cotton towels with 8/4 warp set at 18 ends per inch. The weft is white 8/2 cotton, tan 10/2 cotton, and blue 8/4 cotton, which is the same as warp.
“Putting a new loom through it’s paces and we did just fine, ” she notes. “I found that weaving these with the twill rising to my right helped the threads pack in better. I used a fairly firm double beat on a relatively tight warp.”
